Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty or otherwise damaged or defective are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refunds given.
Any returns not received within 30 days after a return request will be refused.
Internationally shipped items are non-returnable. Jewelry purchases are non-returnable. Wholesale orders are non-returnable.
