Returns and Exchanges
You may exchange or return your purchase for a refund within 7 days from delivery. Internationally shipped items are non-returnable.
Purchases made on sale are final. Jewelry purchases are final.
Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty or otherwise damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds given.
Returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) from Montret. You can request an RMA number here. Please add the word 'Return' to the subject line.
Some items may be considered special items and may have a limited return policy.
Any return shipped later than 7 days after a return request is approved will not be accepted.
Any returns not received within 30 days after a return request will be refused.
All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees.
All returned or exchanged items must be:

Include their original packaging, dust bags
Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Shipped via regular shipping services (USPS or UPS for example) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

Special Orders
A "Special Order" may be:
Items that we do not have listed on our website that are specially ordered from our distributor.
All orders that have a sale price equal to or greater than $800.
The return of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 20% or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed by the Montret staff via mail, fax, or e-mail.
