Returns and Exchanges
Please notify us to exchange or return your purchase within 7 days from delivery. No returns or exchanges accepted on watches or jewelry.
Returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) from Montret. You can request an RMA number here.
All returned or exchanged items must be:
In new condition
Include their original packaging, dust bags
Must include original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Shipped via regular shipping services (USPS or UPS for example) with a tracking number.
Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty or otherwise damaged or defective are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refunds given. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Store credit is issued for returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
Any returns not received within 30 days after a return request will be refused.
Internationally shipped items are non-returnable. Wholesale orders are non-returnable.
Special Orders
A "Special Order" may be:
Items that we do not have listed on our website that are specially ordered from our distributor.
All orders that have a sale price equal to or greater than $300. The return of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 20% or final sale policies.
