Online Payment
International orders are processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Discover, or American Express. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Verification
All online international orders are verified through Our payment system to accommodate our international cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved, you will be notified of your canceled order status via email.

Duty and Shipping
Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

For customers that reject their parcel due to not paying the customs and import duties by the deadline, such parcels will be abandoned by the destination's carrier. NO REFUNDS will be made for the entire order and shipping charge.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (name of eTailer/supplier) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (name of the eTailer/supplier) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Shipping Problems
If an international order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Montret. If the item is received damaged, please contact Montret within 5 business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box because our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all, we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
